These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases, programs, consulting services, digital products, templates, and courses sold by Peace of His Cornerstone LLC DBA Assisted Living Culture.

By purchasing from us, you agree to the following:

1. PAYMENT TERMS

A. Accepted Payment Methods:

• Debit & Credit Cards

• PayPal

• Stripe

• Authorized invoices

• ACH (when applicable)

All payments must be made in full unless a written payment plan is agreed upon.

B. Payment Plans:

• You are legally responsible for completing all scheduled payments.

• Missed or declined payments will be automatically reattempted.

• Failure to pay may result in removal from programs or collections action.

C. Prices & Taxes:

All prices are in USD. We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time.

2. REFUND POLICY

All sales are final on:

• Digital products

• Templates, forms, and manuals

• Courses, webinars, and trainings

• Consultations and strategy calls

• ALF Core Administrator classes

• Subscription or membership payments

• Discounted or promotional sales

• Deposits

Consulting packages are non-refundable.

3. CANCELLATIONS

A. Consultations:

Cancellations must occur 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations receive no refund or reschedule.

B. Missed Courses:

If you miss a training, you may request access to a future cohort if available. Refunds are not provided.

4. CHARGEBACKS & BANK DISPUTES

A. No Unauthorized Chargebacks:

You agree not to initiate a chargeback.

C. Chargebacks Are a Breach of Contract:

Initiating a dispute may result in:

• Immediate revocation of access

• Collections action

• Legal and administrative fees

D. Fraudulent Disputes:

We will provide proof of purchase, access logs, and IP data. Civil action may be taken if needed.

E. Payment Plan Disputes:

Filing a dispute for one installment does not cancel remaining payments.

5. ACCESS TO PRODUCTS & COURSES

Access is for the purchaser only. Sharing or distributing materials is prohibited.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All materials are owned by Peace of His Cornerstone LLC. You may not copy, share, resell, distribute, or upload content elsewhere.

7. ASSUMPTION OF RISK

We do not guarantee results. Business success depends on your implementation, compliance, and external factors beyond our control.

8. MODIFICATIONS

We may update these Terms at any time. The latest version will be posted on our website.
